Fiberglass is a kind of excellent inorganic metal fiber, which melting point is above 1000℃, has been used widely in filtration industry. The diameter of single fiberglass is from two or three micron to more than twenty micron, which close to twentieth to one fifth of a thin hair. Every fiberglass filament is composed by thousands to hundreds single fiberglass. According to glass composition, fiberglass can be divided to many kinds, such as E-fiberglass, anti-chemical, C-fiberglass, high strength, high elastic module, anti-alkali fiberglass and so on.
Fiberglass woven filter fabric, which weaved by fiberglass yarn composed by less than 6 micron single fiberglass. Fiberglass woven filter felt have many performances, like heat resistance, high medical strength, insulation and steady chemical property. The continuous working temperature is above 260℃.
Meanwhile, in order to satisfy the requirement of different application and enhance performance, we make PTFE membrane or PTFE coating treatment, which prolong the service life of material, and increase filtering speed of dust collector, improved the performance of high temperature resistance, anti-oxidant, anti-dewing, abrasion and folding resistance and filtration efficiency, reduce investing and running cost of dust collector.
Fiberglass woven filter fabrics have been used widely in high temperature filter industry, such as power factory, chemical, steel, metallurgy, carbon black, cement, incinerator and so on. Especially can be used in bag house dust catcher of impulse dust- cleaning and high speed inverted dust-cleaning.
