     1、过滤精度高,净化后的水质健康:超滤陶瓷滤芯是目前全球唯一一款综合平均孔径达到0.01μm(已知最小病毒直径为0.02μm)的陶瓷滤芯,可去除水中包括细菌病毒等有害物质的同时保留水中原有有益的矿物质,极大程度地还原了天然山泉水的特征。     1.     High filter fineness and healthy waterquality after purification: Ultrafiltration ceramic filter element isthe only ceramic filter element in the world with a comprehensive average porediameter of 0.01μm (the minimum virus diameter known so far is 0.02μm),which can remove harmful substances including bacteria and viruses, whileretaining the original beneficial minerals in water, thus greatly restoring thecharacteristics of natural mountain spring water.

    3、使用性能:大流量、寿命长、再生能力强、不易堵塞、易清洗。(以直径5cm×高25cm规格的滤芯为例),适用水压为市政自来水,水压0.2~0.3MPa,初始流量为2.5~4.0L/min。因为水中颗粒性杂质均无法进入滤芯内部,只是附着在滤芯表面,导致滤芯衰变的因素主要是胶状物形成的凝胶层,所以清洗时只需先用水洗净滤芯表面颗粒性杂质,再用500目细砂纸轻微打磨滤芯表层,彻底去除凝胶层,然后冲洗干净即可完全恢复滤芯初始性能。随着清洗次数的增加,壁厚变薄,阻力减小,滤芯的流量还会出现反超初始的现象。每次清洗打磨后的初始流量、流量衰减速度、净水总量均不会出现像硅藻泥滤芯那样逐步递减的现象。一支滤芯可承受数百次的打磨再生,滤芯在破损之前性能始终不会出现衰退,净水总量可达百吨以上。按普通家庭每天20升的用水量计算,可以使用10年以上。(水质不同有所差异)
    3. Excellent serviceperformance: large flow rate, long service life, strongregeneration ability, not easy to be blocked and easy to clean. (Taking thefilter element with a diameter of 5cm× height of 25cm as an example), theapplicable water pressure is municipal water, the water pressure is 0.2~0.3MPa,and the initial flow rate is 2.5~4.0L/min. Because all the particulateimpurities in water can't enter the filter element, but only adhere to thesurface of the filter element, and the main factor causing the filter elementto decay is the gel layer formed by colloidal substance. Therefore, it is onlynecessary to wash the particulate impurities on the filter element surface withwater, then slightly polish the filter element surface with 500-mesh finesandpaper, remove the gel layer thoroughly, and then rinse it to completelyrestore the initial performance of the filter element . With theincrease of cleaning times, the wall thickness decreases, the resistancedecreases, so the flow rate of the filter element will exceed the initialvalue. After each cleaning and polishing, the initial flow rate, flow decayrate and total amount of purified water will not gradually decrease like diatommud filter element. A filter element can withstand  hundreds of timesof grinding and regeneration, and the performance of the filter element willnever decline before it is damaged.The total amount of purified water can reach more than 100 tons.It can be used for more than 10 years according to the daily water consumption of 20 liters for ordinary families.(It depends on the water quality)

超滤陶瓷滤芯实际应用的部分实例:

  1、直出水:超滤陶瓷滤芯的适用水源为市政自来水时,以直径5cm×高25cm规格的滤芯为例,过滤精度为0.01μm水压0.2~0.3MPa,初始流量2.5~4.0L/min。
   1. Filtered water directly from the tap:When the applicable water source of ultrafiltration ceramic filter element ismunicipal water, taking the filter element with diameter 5cm× height 25cm as anexample, the filter fineness is 0.01μm, the water pressure is 0.2~0.3MPa, andthe initial flow rate is 2.5~4.0L/min.
     2、配合压力桶储水使用:因为水中颗粒性杂质均无法进入超滤滤芯内部,所以流量虽然会衰减,但不易堵死,配合压力桶储水使用的话,衰减过程使用者基本难以察觉,家庭使用每天饮用水以20L计算,清洗周期一般可长达三年以上,而且清洗时无需借助砂纸等工具,直接用水冲洗即可去除滤芯表面杂质,滤芯可长期使用、无需更换。

    1.普通粗滤:以普通硅藻泥陶瓷滤芯,PP棉滤芯为主,这些滤芯材质虽然比较环保,但只能去除大颗粒的杂质,水质虽然有所改善,但净化后的水达不到直饮水的标准,而且易堵塞、流量衰减速度快、清洗麻烦、使用寿命短。

However,the material of ultrafiltration membrane is chemically synthesized, which hasrisks in use, with unpleasant odor, poor taste, easy aging and short servicelife.
3、RO反渗透膜:材质相对环保,但净水原理属于物理化学法,只能制造纯水。净化后的水质不含任何对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素,违背自然规律,改变了饮用水的天然属性,在健康饮水问题上存在争议,而且耗电、费水。
  3.RO reverse osmosis membrane: The material is relatively environmentallyfriendly, but the principle of water purification belongs to physical-chemicalprocess, and only pure water can be produced.
