[摘 要l 目的;探讨胫丙甲纤维素影响过滤除附滤芯的起泡点剽试的脉因及斛决方法.方法;相同条件下 , 分别测定滤芯以注射用水和含轻丙甲纤维素的盐酸环丙沙星滴眼液为润湿剂的起泡点值,根据公式换芬得出药液的特殊起泡点。结果:含泾丙甲纤维素的盐酸环丙沙足滴眼液的起泡点低于滤芯制造商指定的起泡点9 结论:药液的 表面张力是影响起泡点测试的重要因素。

[Abstract) Objecdve: To disc也s the cause of hydroypropyl methyl cellulose influenc吨the on如line bubble point testq and to search for the 幻lvi吨methods. Methods: Under the same conditions, were tested the bubble points of the filter elements which were moistened with water for injection 叩d ciprofloxacin hydrochlo1ide eye drops containing hydroypropyl methyl cellulose. And then the special bubble point of drug solution was obt扣ned 沁ts: . 几e bubble point of ciprolloxacin h卢忖oride eye drops w邸 less than that from producer. Conclusion: The swface tension of drug solution shows the influence on the bubble point tests.
