Normal temperature filter medium
常温滤材主要由涤纶、丙纶、聚丙烯腈等纤维经针刺加固工艺制成。具有透气性好、表面平整光滑、尺寸稳定性好、容易剥离粉尘等优良性能。
BG gas needle punched filter felts for normal temperature are PET needle punched felt, PP needle punched felt and Acrylic needle punched felt. These products possess many good features, such as good air permeability, smooth surface, hardly distortion, and easily de-dusting, etc.

1.PET 涤纶是聚酯纤维的商品名，化学名为聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维，密度1.38g/cm3，熔点255～265℃，断裂强度5cN/dtex以上。热性质：涤纶属热塑性纤维，在130℃下可以长时间使用，在170℃下短时间加热引起的强度损失可以恢复。化学性能：涤纶不耐强碱，容易水解，在高温下尤甚；涤纶耐酸，不溶于有机酸，在低温下对低浓度的无机酸很稳定。

Polyester fiber:

density : 1.38g/cm3 ;melt temperature: 255～265℃; Breaking strength: 5cN/dtex or above.Using temperature: 130℃, the temperature can reach to 170℃ for short time use.Chemical features: can not resistant strong alkali, easily hydrolyzed in high temperature conditions. Very good acid resistant.


采用细旦涤纶短纤维经针刺加固，热处理等工艺制成的过滤毡，具有表明光滑平整，结构稳定，透气性好，容易清灰等特点。还可进行功能化后处理，如拒水防油，覆膜，防静电，涂层等，使涤纶过滤毡的性能进一步提高，起到防止糊袋，提高过滤精度，防止粉尘爆炸，延长使用寿命等作用。

Thin denier PET needle punched felt with heatset and singed finishing treatment, possess features like smooth surface, stable structure, good permeability, and easily de-dusting. After functional finishing treatment as water and oil repellent, membrane, anti-static, coating, the PET felt can get even better performance. And this treatment could prevent dust adhering to the bag, enhancing the precision of filtration, prevent exploring, longer the life-span, etc.
涤纶针刺过滤毡可广泛应用于钢铁、水泥(特别是干法旋窑水泥磨收尘)、化工、发电厂，冶炼，建材，制药，粮食加工，食品，铸造等行业。

PET needle punched felt can be applied in steel, cement, chemistry, power station, pharmacy and so on.

2. PP丙纶，化学名为聚丙烯，密度0.91 g/cm3，熔点165～170℃。丙纶纤维强度和初始模量较高，耐磨与弹性好。热性能：丙纶属热塑性纤维，在90℃下可以长时间使用。化学性能：丙纶纤维化学稳定性好，对酸碱的抵抗性能甚优。且丙纶是非缩聚性纤维，因此不会发生水解。

Polypropylene(PP) fiber:

density : 0.91 g/cm3;melt temperature: 165～170℃; very good abrasion assistant and elasticity.

Using temperature: 90℃.

Chemical features: very good chemical resistant, perfect performance in resisting strong acid and  alkali. Can not be hydrolyzed.
丙纶纤维针刺过滤毡，除具有普通针刺过滤毡的优点外，因其优异的耐酸、碱性及水解稳定性，可应用于烟气温度100℃以下及酸、碱度较高的场合或酸、碱度较大的液固分离领域。与板框轧滤机、真空吸滤机、袋式过滤机、离心过滤机等液式过滤分离设备配套性使用

Because of it’s perfect chemical resistant features, PP needle punched felt can be widely applied in gas and liquid filtration in the condition of strong acid and alkali under the temperature 100℃.

3. PAN聚丙烯腈纤维，又称腈纶纤维，密度1.14～1.19 g/cm3，玻璃化温度75～100℃，纤维强度22.1～48.5cN/dtex，断裂伸长为25%～46%，与丙纶纤维相比具有更高的弹性模量，抗拉强度和耐高温性能。聚丙烯腈为非热塑性纤维，在125℃下使用时，显示出对有机溶剂、氧化剂、无机及有机酸具有良好的抵抗力。

polyacrylo nitrile fibre:

density : 1.14～1.19g/cm3 ;melt temperature: 75～100℃; breaking strength: 22.1～48.5cN/dtex, Breaking elongation: 25%～46%.

Compared with PP fiber, polyacrylonitrile fibre possess better elasticity, strength and hot resistant.

When using under 125℃, this fiber has good resistant to oxidant and acid.

聚丙烯腈纤维分为均聚体和共聚体两种。丙烯腈均聚体就是我们常说的亚克力纤维，目前只有少数几个国家可以生产该种纤维（如德国和日本），它不会发生水解，因此在低温且有化学腐蚀及潮湿的场合用来取代聚酯。而丙烯腈的共聚物则不耐水解，所以在过滤用途中不能用它来取代均聚体。

There are two kinds of polyacrylonitrile fibre we usually call it Acrylic—copolymer and homopolymer.  This fiber can be produced by few countries( Germany and Japan). Homopolymer has better hydrolyze resistant characteristics than copolymer.

4. 亚克力纤维针刺过滤毡，经过不同的表面处理工艺，使产品具有防水防油，防静电，抗酸碱腐蚀，抗氧化等性能。可广泛应用于钢铁厂矿渣微粉收尘，化工厂，有锌的工矿等场合，在温度允许范围内可替代PPS滤料使用，以降低使用成本。

After different finishing treatment, Acrylic needle punched felt can possess water and oil proof, anti-acid and alkali, anti- oxidant performance. Under the right temperature PPS fiber can be replaced by Acrylic fiber in order to cut the cost.
