基本原理:系统采用电液伺服闭环控制方式,通过载荷、位移、应变三个相互独立并可转换的控制模式分别对试样施加预定的载荷。在加载过程中传感器将力学量转换为电信号,与控制指令信号比较调节伺服阀,使指令信号等于反馈信号,以此精确控制试样形变及加载速率。
主要用途:主要用于各种金属、复合材料及高分子材料的各种动静态力学性能试验,特别是对于陶瓷和玻璃等脆性材料,本系统特别配置了先进的高温试验装置和一些特制的夹具和传感器,因此在陶瓷试验方面有独特的优势。多年来为我校许多重点学科和项目如梯度材料、智能材料、生物工程材料、纳米复合材料及校外许多重大工程进行了大量材料力学性能分析方面的测试工作。

Principle: The closed-loop servohydralic control model is used in this system. A load is acted on a specimen by the actuator. In the closed-loop system, the controller accepts control signals generated from the function generator, and converts them to control signals that cause load, strain or displacement on the specimen. The load, strain or displacement is measured by precision transducers.
Main Applications: This system can be used to test the common tensile, compression or bending strength, fatigue, fracture toughness and some others of metals, ceramics, composites and so on. To meet the requirement of ceramics, the system is equipped with an advanced high temperature apparatus. The highest temperature of 1600℃ can be reached.
