工作原理：

由直流电机驱动滚珠丝杠的旋转从而带动中间横梁上下移动。测试材料（如塑料、橡胶等）通过夹具夹持在横梁和底板之间，横梁的移动对试样进行加载，并通过计算机系统对试验机横梁进行速度的精确控制。在加载过程中使用力及位移传感器对力及位移进行测量，全数字化控制器对测量信号进行数据处理，得到应力/应变曲线和拉伸强度、压缩强度等性能试验结果，并通过计算机打印输出。

Working principle:

The rotation of the ball screw driven bythe DC motor drives the middle beam to move up and down. The test material(such as plastic, rubber, etc.) is clamped between the beam and the bottomplate by a clamp. The movement of the beam loads the sample, and the speed ofthe beam of the testing machine is accurately controlled by the computersystem. During the loading process, force and displacement sensors are used tomeasure force and displacement. The fully digital controller processes themeasurement signals to obtain the stress/strain curve, tensile strength,compressive strength and other performance test results, which are printed outby the computer.
