1946年， 颇尔博士发明世界上第一款直流式金属过滤器，并创立颇尔公司。
1957年，颇尔公司在纽交所上市。
1962年， Pall收购Lloyd and Hillman 公司，在英国Portsmouth设立欧洲总部。
1995年，Pall收购美国Filtron Technology 公司，由直流过滤延伸至膜包式微滤、超滤技术。
1997年，Pall收购美国第四大过滤公司——格尔曼科学公司（Gelman Sciences Inc.），全面开启实验室过滤器材发展进程。
2001年，Pall收购US Filter 过滤分离部（FSG），包括Seitz-Schenk, Filterite, Exekia等公司，奠定了Pall Seitz等深层过滤技术品牌的领先地位。
2004年，Pall收购欧洲层析巨头Biosepra公司，提高了Pall层析产品线的绝对竞争力。
2005年，Pall收购英国专门生产层析柱公司Euroflow。
2010年，Pall收购MicroReactor Technologies，填补细胞培养技术的空缺。
2011年，Pall收购美国艾瑞生物公司（ForteBio），拓展上游蛋白研究领域。

颇尔公司荣誉

1946年，颇尔博士发明世界上第一款直流式金属过滤器，并创立了颇尔公司。
1956年，颇尔博士发明对微米级过滤器进行非破坏性完整性检测的泡点法。
1969年，“阿波罗”登月后，宇航员阿姆斯特朗（Neil Armstrong）身背Pall气体过滤装备实现人类登月的梦想。
1973年，颇尔博士发明对过滤器进行非破坏性完整性检测更加精确的前进流法。
1978年， 颇尔博士及其合作者首先阐明“膜过滤器去除细菌时，其效率不仅和膜孔径相关，也和膜厚度相关”原理。
1990年，颇尔博士因在过滤技术方面的杰出贡献荣获“美国国家技术勋章”，该勋章是美国总统每年一次授予对国家科技发展作出杰出贡献人士及企业的最高荣誉勋章。
1995年，颇尔除菌过滤器DFLP和除病毒过滤器DV50荣获《Pharmaceutical Processing》杂志创新奖，迄今为止该领域有且仅有颇尔公司获此殊荣。
1997年，Pall气体过滤器由中国政府采购，被安装于毛主席纪念堂，用于惰性保护气体的除菌过滤。
